Everything was good room size is much enough also the parking is available which is very good option that is free for guest. The hotel reception staff is very respectful Rizwan at reception is very good with his work he acknowledged me about the hotel and services and others I really thanks to him for his respect and his front office manager i met him I forgot his name but he is also very respected. If your manager is good definitely your staff will be the same like you thanks to all we will come back as soon.

I enjoyed my stay while I was there, had the most amazing experience overall. Very peaceful and very friendly environment. Pleasant evening at the spa at the rooftop and swimming pool and delicious foods and drinks. Best refreshing experience for the summer. Staffs were very helpful and the services were fast. I felt like a VIP during my stay especially the receptionist Mr. Rizwan helped me with the surroundings and the activities to do during the time of year very professional and polite person. Definitely staying here again on my next trip. I had an amazing experience. Thank you City seasons family. One of the best hotel for relaxation while in dubai. Cant wait to visit again.

I was meet with Rizwan he is one of good personality person in this hotel his operation skills is fair enough his talking style with guest making guest happy from his good work all the way he is very good and also the knowledge of this hotel he knows im staying in this hotel so many times but always this this gentleman make my stay very good and always give me a better then better room with good service again all the way of his works were excellent and also he introduced his manager Ali Siddque he is also the nice person by the way thanks to all of you i be back.

We almost came here since 1 year we always got high quality service from Rizwan at reception he is really nice person my family really like him he gave us much respect and also he provided us good service not 1 or 2 times every time we got good service and respect from Rizwan which is very pleasure for us thanks for all the staff and special thanks to Rizwan we will come again n again at this hotel.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Probably my best experience ever. Im going to stay everytime I visit dubai. The hospitality is very pleasing with friendly staffs. Especially the one receptionist named Rizwan. He helped me with the local areas and the fun activities to do around the area. Its like a home away from home.
